How do I create my account?

To create your account, fill out the "Buy Now" form. Within a minute you will receive your username and password. You can start using your account immediately.



How long does it takes to activate my account ?

The account activation is immediate. once the "Buy Now" activation form is filled out, you'll be confirmed your username and password.



What do I have to pay?

You only pay for what your real usage. There is no membership or setup fee. If you connect 5 minutes a month you pay only for those five minutes. If you choose our unlimited Internet flat rate plan, you will only pay for the monthly plan. There are no additional charges.



Do you provide Invoice?

Yes. At the end of the month, an invoice is issued for the services you have used.



Do I have to pay a setup fee?

No, there is no setup or activation fee.



Do I have to pay for the membership?

No, there is no membership fee.



What if I want a corporate account?

We do provide corporate account with extended facilities and customized services. Please contact us for more information about our corporate offers.

What payment methods are accepted?

For your account activation, a valid credit card information (Mastercard or Visa are accepted) is necessary. Once your account is activated, you can also add funds at anytime using Paypal.



Do I have to pay for the data I tranfer?

No, you can transfer as much data as you want.



I am an European company with VAT number

Once your account is activated, enter your VAT number in your account profile and you will be exempted of taxes.

Is my computer compatible with your services?

Our services work with any Internet device. Your laptop, your home computer, your office computer, your mobile phone, your iPhone/iPodTouch or your PDA are compatible with the use of our services.



What do I need to connect?

Yes, you can use our service with any Internet enabled device.

What connection speed do I get?

The connection speed depends of the connection type you use. Our wireless and broadband access points allow DSL speed (1mbps / sec or more). Dialup or tollfree access is 56kbps V90 compatible. ISDN connections allow dual link for up to 128kbps. PHS gives 64 kbps and higher.



Do I need to buy a special device or piece of hardware?

No, You don't need nothing apart from your laptop, your home computer, your office computer, your mobile phone, your iPhone/iPodTouch or your PDA to use our services.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes, we provide technical support 24x7 in 3 languages: English, Spanish and French.



Do I have to install something on my computer?

No, you can use our service without the need to install anything on your computer. However to ease the use of our services, we do provide softwares to establish Internet connection and use our full suite of communication services.



What if I lose my password?

Go to your member's area login page and click on the "Lost password" link. You will receive an email to reset your password.



Do I have to change my current ISP?

No, you don't have to. You can use our services without changing your current ISP. However, if you wish to use our service exclusively, you may cancel your current ISP and use our connection facilities to connect from your home.



Can I use my corporate VPN?

Yes, all our access points are VPN ready.
